Do I need to download an app or create an account to print?
No. There are absolutely no app installations or mandatory registrations. You simply scan the station's QR code using your phone's native camera, and our secure interface loads instantly in your default web browser.
What file formats are supported for printing?
PrintLabX currently supports all standard document and image formats, including PDFs, Microsoft Word documents (.docx), and high-resolution images (JPEG, PNG).
How secure are my files? Does PrintLabX store them?
Your files are completely safe. All uploads are guarded with end-to-end data encryption during transit. The exact millisecond your physical print job is successfully completed by the hardware, the digital file is permanently deleted from our cloud servers.
Can I print if I only have physical cash?
Yes. When configuring your print job on your phone screen, select 'Cash Payment.' Hand the cash to the store counter operator, and they will instantly release your print job with one tap from their seller dashboard.
